The app is convenient but has a lot of bugs.

I don’t see any difference between having the app or using online. Would be nice to be able to redeem the $5 rewards either online or the app though.

Allowed location to be used but ended up with tickets in New Jersey or some place way away. B&B did refund but caused issue locally. Staff were great and professional but they could only do so much.

The app is ok and convenient. It advertises movies that are not on at my location. The app lies about service fee - it said $9 and some cents, but after check out I see over $10 was charged. In reality there should be zero service fee.

This is the most frustrating app. Over half the time you attempt to use, it does not work for various reasons. Today’s latest problem, will it let me pay for chosen tickets. Error message! I am a “Backstage member “, however my frustration level with this app is making me reconsider other theaters options!

I’ve tried contacting someone with no response. I buy tickets using the app and they disappear every time. Says I have no tickets. No purchase history. I get zero rewards. If not for the emails I wouldn’t have any proof of ticket. No way to scan anything when you purchase at the theater either. No way to earn rewards.

The app says it support Apple Wallet but it doesn't. When a loyalty card is added to Apple Wallet it's much more convenient cause it'll link right to the app. And with so many apps I can't ever find this app.

I normally have to log in 3 times for the app to allow me to buy tickets to any movie. Super frustrating.

I can’t remember the last time I had to come to write a review for an app because it was this bad. I actually got a refund for the tickets I bought and chose to go to a movie theater 30 min farther away because this app angered me so much. Every time you wanted to see seat availability in a showtime you had to re-enter your username. The app never shows the tickets but I have an email saying I have them. Do I have the seats? No idea but it’s annoying I have to show up to the theater to find out if they actually saved them for me because the app is always crashing and restarting.
