What stands out when watching or reading articles provided by the BBC is the meticulous attention to research in the content that is provided. This comes across in the presentation of the material too. Delivered in such a wonderfully professional manner. As even-handed as possible in providing a fair balance of point of view, it makes for reassurance with regard to what one is being told. Context is always provided concisely, and often at very short notice, enabling the reader or viewer to understand the material within a useful framework. So impressive…..

New display is terrible, almost unusable. Now need to sign in. No way. Have just deleted. Shame BBC news used to be my fave app. Now over to Sky News I go!

Coverage of world events is quite good, but very limited. Many stories are repeated too often over too many days. More up to date coverage needed.

This is a complete example of poor journalism. It relies on sensationalism which is a cheap and unintelligent way of reporting. The BBC news is generally also demonstratesthe same poor example 👎👎👎

There is literally no need for a news app to require an account/login. Utterly useless, and ruined a perfectly ok news app, have deleted

If you want a biased elitist left wing view of the world then use this site. Otherwise look for facts elsewhere…

The layout of this App is an absolute mess. It’s been over complicated and it’s very difficult to find what you’re looking for. A terrible user experience.

This looks like a cost cut version of a once working app, you cannot get into the settings to change news regions, you can add topics but the app dictates which region you default to. Also, on many occasions, If you try to enter your settings on iOS it will take you around in loops. A totally appalling app.
