When a feature works, it’s great. Unfortunately probe 1 refuses to display the temperature history graph, and the app won’t connect the thermometer to WiFi. Really disappointed in this experience.

Alarm alerts stopped working

Arguably, the temperature graph is one of the single most important features of the app. But it is very unreliable. Most of the time when I click on the graph function it displays the correct temp in real time but the graph is out dated. It may show the temp rising from 80 to 190 and then cuts off but shows the actual temp above the graph as being 265 deg. I have tried 20 different things to trick it into working, all to no avail.

Love it app and product works well 1 min to setup and configure!

I really don’t care - as I am about to reach preset temp! How do I turn this off!

This product is extremely complicated to use, not user friendly whatsoever, and just overall not worth buying. The app makes you let it use your location, but then does not help, it is set up terribly and just does not work

This app is good for what it does. I’d love to see a dark mode GUI as well as some way to ring instead of just notify if the phone is locked. Custom alarm sounds also don’t seem to work for me. A few tweaks and this app could be 5 stars easy!

Very nice device but Wi-if doesn’t work.

After several tries I was able to get it connected to Bluetooth and WiFi. Fingers crossed that this will work without anymore hitches and be a great addition to my grilling/smoking experience.
