Es necesario instalar la aplicación en el Teléfono inteligente, donde se agrega el mapa. Es muy incómodo y no está claro por qué. Parece una aplicación defectuosa.

No llega sms al teléfono para confirmar la operación. Para algunas transacciones recibo un sms, para otros no. Por eso no puedo cambiar la contraseña. La aplicación mobil y pajina no tienen la funcion de escribir a soporte. Solo llamar por teléfono. Y que hacer si estoy en otro pais? El operador no habla Ingles, solo espanol. Me dice vaya a la oficina, porque me envia sms y no los recibo. Es no la era de piedra. Nadie va a la oficina a identificar al cliente o cambiar el clave. Casi todos bancos modernos tienen 2 factores identificación (email, numero de teléfono) sino BBVA. Si no puedes recibir sms - es problema de cliente. No puedes hacer nada. Y ni siquiera puedes escribir al soporte tecnico describiendo el problema porque ese opción simplemente no existe. Como es esto posible en el siglo XXI no tener el soporte por extranjeros y no tener la posibilidad escribir al soporte?

¿Qué puedo hacer para que haya los botones “mis conversaciones” y “cita” en mi aplicación? Estos botones se me han desaparecido. ¿Qué necesito hacer para tener un gestor personal?

Просили принести обновить документы. Загрузил всё в приложение. Не понравилось. Принёс все документы в банк. Жду уже час, направили к одному специалисту, затем к другому. Не заинтересованы в новых клиентах. Ощущение, что нужно заслужить, чтоб стать их клиентом. Обычно банки борется за новых клиентов. Плохой сервис.

Hello! My name is Denis. I was using this app at 2 my iPhones. 2 weeks ago I was going to open the app. The app informed me that Face ID is switched off and I had to enter me password. After 3 attempts the app said that I have to change my password. I started to change the password. In the middle of changing password process the app said that there is technical issue, problem and stopped. I was given the BBVA support line phone number. I dialed up this number first 2-3 minutes they spoke English later they told me that that cannot speak English anymore. This bank is weird. And earlier everything was working on both my iPhones.
