This app gives you online access to services provided by the Government of British Columbia. It's digital ID that makes it safe, quick and easy to log in.
Features:
- Secure way to prove who you are online
- No need to remember a username or password
- Access to many different B.C. government services
- Can use to log in from any device, even a laptop or desktop computer
- Keeps your account safe by checking your ID and verifying your identity during setup
- Shows you what information will be shared with any service you log in to
What you need:
- Government-issued ID, use a BC Services Card to set up quickly
- Access to a website or app that accepts a BC Services Card account

Already received an email saying my identity verification was completed and it’s all set up on my iPhone, yet when I opened the app it kept saying my verification is incomplete and need to go to a Service BC office to verify my identity. I tried deleting and re-installing the app and went through the whole process of verification again, it still didn’t work.
