This app is so annoying...it has a login option but sends you to the website to login. It sends an email with a security code versus a text which is annoying as well. I have to reset my password every time I try to login even though I have the password saved for this. Get it together

This App does not work with IOS 16. This is inconvenient.

Don’t think I’ve an app were I have to constantly login while moving around within it. This app also never remembers your login information as well.

Since the update, the app immediately crashes the moment it’s opened. Needs to be fixed ASAP!!!!!

You can add your ID card to Apple Wallet with your health insurance plan for FEP but not this app? Get to it.

FEP takes very long to approve any procedures.

I’m already over Federal BCBS and it hasn’t been a month. GEHA apps and websites are so much easier to use. I’ve reset my password and still can’t get access to my very own account. Ridiculous. Will be switching back to GEHA next year. Don’t know what the big deal is about this company. Accessing my own account shouldn’t take an act from God to be able to get into. All of them are that way.

Not a single part of this app works. The website for dental is also completely down at all times. Either put out a functional app or just don't bother.

This app is a joke. All you can do is look for a provider. Oh, and don’t forget the very important timer for brushing your teeth. Really? What a waste of time to download.
