Please update the App so that the Provider Finder will load and we can actually use it. I was able to use before the new update. It is very helpful to locate providers and use the estimate feature also. Please fix it.

There is very little functional capability available to this application. I manage my family plan and I can only see my own utilization/claims/ etc. I need to see everyone’s claims and spending under my subscription. Only way to do that is to log into the desktop site. What use is this application if I can’t get what I need?

Provider finder doesn’t work half the time. Gets stuck in a loop even if you restart app and log out, will tell you there are no providers within a 140 mile radius. I live in Chicago and have a PPO.

Loved this app to keep track of claims and coverage. But it has stopped working. I can see the annual total but tracking claims is broken.

Every time i try to log into the app, it makes me go online to sign in. It also won’t let me view my member ID cards or anything like that online. Very irritating.

It only shows my 2023 claims. I’ve tried deleting app and downloading again and it keeps telling me “coverage has expired” but then it shows my account with 2023 member number instead of the 2024.

Really disappointed with the “med live” , they claim that you can “see” a doctor from the comfort of home on the main page. Its even labeled “live”. They claim that wait time is 10 minutes. Once you pay, they then tell you that you need to submit photos for the DR to review. You dont actually “see” a DR live. I submitted the request at 5:30 PM CST. It is now 9:39 CST. I have received nothing. Really sad that BCBS sells it this way. Waste of time and effort. Another disappointing experience with BCBS. These large companies that rake in large revenues are some of the worst to do business with.

Please provide support for IPad landscape mode. Everytime I use the app on my iPad, I need to flip it to portrait mode. This is very annoying as I use the Apple Magic Keyboard. Fixing this would then change my rating to 5 stars, Thank you!

App is useless. If you have expired and new plan impossible to change in settings. Big garbage from insurance mafia.

Fix please online can log in thru website but app says no required permissions to log in
