I give it all the information and it says “something doesn’t match please double check and try again”. It is insane my heath card is locked away in an app I can’t access.

The app now has a secondary confirmation to log in but it won’t allow the info to be input.

Not very stable. Seems something is always not available…if you can get past login process.

The app does not work, I try to register with my member ID, Group Number, and the other information needed, but the app just says please try again later. I have tried several times to register with no success.

Almost every time you're at the doctor, it seems it's under maintenance and can't log in. You would think weekends would be a better time! It's very Frustrating!

Seems like this should be an important app to make sure is working correctly! Very frustrating and also not surprising considering there is almost always an issue!

The app isn’t working on my iPhone it goes to set up Face ID and that is as far as it goes

You can’t even log in the app anymore and obviously they don’t care.

BCBSTN has stopped allowing me access to my account. “The user name or password is not recognized.” Ok, I’ll change it. Change successful. Try logging in again with new PW.“The user name or password is not recognized.” The same happens on app and website. So where does that leave us insureds? We have no insurance card because BCBS no longer provides them, and at the same time, no one can access their account to show proof of insurance at a doctor’s office or pharmacy. What’s going on at this place?!

Every time I need on this app it won’t work right it keeps getting stuck on log in with Face ID instead of using your pass word it just gets stuck there
