Be Focused Pro- Pomodoro Timer

If you use the entire Pomodoro technique complete with planning and reporting, this tool is excellent. Set up work items ahead of time, record pomodoros worked, now you have time boxing and billable hours/project effort tracking sorted out. Works just as effectively if you don’t care for the planning and tracking and just want a timer that works between macOS, phone and watch.

Simple to use. Would be great to be able to import tasks from task managers e.g. from Things from Cultured Code

This app has changed the way I study - I can now see when in the day I do the most work, I can track my hours across my devices, and the reports section is just fantastic. Thank you so much!

Works well, only drawback is you can’t defer when you start the initial timer so if you want to run focus times from the top of the hour to run alongside your work day you need to be there at the top of the first hour to start it.

This is the best pomodoro tool I have tried so far. I had already tested about 10 paid tools and this is one is the best of alll in terms of easy to custom and you can sync with different iPhones with your same Apple ID.

Simple and valuable.

Have been using this app for a while now and I notice such a great difference in productivity when I use the app vs when I don’t. It’s easy to use, and love the clean design.

As a standard alone pomodoro app, this is good and well designed. If you don't need to sync across devices, you'll be ok with this one. But syncing? Forget it. It's 2023 so why this isn't an app priority, but instead users are treated with disdain and contempt, is beyond me. Some hipster nerd had a latte epiphany and then found the back end of app design was actual hard WORK. Other apps manage it: learn what they do. If you need to sync for productivity, run don't walk. NB: a further annoyance. You cannot vary the length of pomodoro by task. I want 40 min durations for reading, 20 for writing, and 5 for mini tasks, but I have to change it manually every time. Very irritating. If these things were sorted I'd be happy to pay a reasonable price for the upgrade. A reasonable price, that is.

The simplicity of this app has made such a difference for an ADHD brain that has trouble with overwhelm and time blindness. Even better would be if it was possible to select a group of tasks at the same time, so you could clear the number of intervals completed and move them all from done to undone at the same time. I have daily action lists that take an age to reset. Also a very brief / visual instruction guide to using it that stays on the app that you can refer to - I didn’t process the original instructions that disappeared quickly enough and other really useful things I didn’t realise until after I’d been using it for a month. But overall, super helpful and I use it every day.
