Great app
I found this app when I was looking for a spiritual meditation app. The meditations are thought provoking and there are heaps of options. I always look forward to the new meditations loaded.

Learn to discover that all moments are sacred with guided meditations and your own playlist.
Meditation is a great way to relax and reconnect. Be Still helps you learn to see the divine in the sidewalks of life, in the mundane and seemingly unimportant everyday life tasks. Discover what your best life can be.
Be Still has two options: pre-made guided meditations, or create your own playlist to meditation how you choose.
The guided mediations are in five categories:
1. The Groundwork - this is a good place to start where we meditate on Being Still, Being Present and other basic principles of meditation and life.
2. The World - issues that face the world as a whole - Justice, Peace, Nature
3. Life's Journey - meditations on what we personally can face through life - suffering, forgiveness, love
4. Body & Mind - let's look at our breathing
5. Coming Home - coming back to your faith tradition, meditations on Communion, Prayer, breathing meditations with a Christian focus.
You don't want to be guided? Then create your own playlist/s.
The options to choose from are;
1. Meditation introduction (male or female voice)
2. Select and Ambient sound; choices include bowls, forest, waves, rain, Gregorian Chant, morning sounds.
3. Decide how long you want to listen to that sound for.
4. Add some silence onto the end
5. Select from one of 4 ending bells or bowls
Forget to meditate? Set up an automatic reminder sent straight to your phone.
The Be Still community has grown out of, and is grounded in, the Christian tradition. However we welcome here all spiritual faiths and traditions who are united in the desire to be connected to God. Our hope is that this community builds to be what you need.
Today people are recognising that there is more to life that what can be seen. We, at Be Still believe that it's great people are taking time to inwardly look at themselves to discover their potential.
At Be Still we believe that the missing link is the Greater Being which connects us all, and if you tune in daily you will begin to recognize the gentle nudges that are around you every day, pointing you in the direction to live your best life.
