Beagle Watch Smart App

I like that Beagle Watch has an app, but using it is painful. I struggle to set the holiday mode and when I do get it right, that yucky automated voice keeps phoning me when my alarm goes off. Logging a service request is a mission. The text box is way too small so I have to hope I’ve written some that’s made sense. Really, these are the basics of app development.

The App doesn’t allow registration of an account ending with .com?

I have been using the app as a landlord for two years. It gives my tenants the ability to test their alarm system without being on the phone and also a very useful panic button. Overall the functionality and usefulness is great. However now I have been struggling with my sites, adding tenants and activating tenants that have been suspended. Despite multiple calls to Beagle the problem is not solved.
