Beatfulness

I love affirmations but if Beatfulness organizes it’s tones based on intentions, why do the affirmations seem random and not at all connected to the focus of the tone? Been using this app for years and I miss the background without the affirmations. For example I started listening to the Focus and Creativity tone and the affirmation read: “What hurts you blesses you. Darkness is your candle”…that is a kind of disturbing and loaded affirmation and not even close to inspiring a creative and focused state of mind. This is a great app for setting intention but the affirmations are taking away from the clear path toward intentionality the app used to have. Update: The changes to the app haven’t improved the experience :( You all even got rid of the short descriptions of the intentions of each beat and the affirmations feel so random. Also, it looks like you all are offering less beats. It’s disappointing when changes are made to something you enjoy and the changes don’t improve the experience.

The new upgrade is unfortunate, you can't search for beats anymore. Also it's really odd you cannot choose smaller time increments when setting the timer.

This app is intriguing in that it appears to work. My second night and I enjoy it so much better than talking night time stories. Plus this app earns your subscription to Pro and doesn’t force you to buy on first use. Great categories to choose from and a smackin’ UI/UX.

It’s unfortunate when apps prioritize aesthetic over the navigation and functionality of the app. I’ve had this app for years, love the update but don’t like how there are no longer any descriptions for each beat and there’s no search bar. Looking forward to the next update

Most of the critical reviews for this are primarily about functionality. I had no problem with functions. My criticism is that this sort of app just isn’t my thing. I read on some medical web sites that binaural tones were beneficial for deep sleep, which for whatever reason I don’t get enough of in my sleep cycle (according to my smart watch app). So this app has one such sound but the rest are New Age type sounds I’d expect to hear walking into a candle, crystal and power vortex guidebook store in Sedona. Listening to those sounds just doesn’t do anything for me nor did the one true binaural sound do anything to improve my sleep. So some people obviously really enjoy listening to that sort of stuff but not me.

I love the app and all of the options. I would however like to see what each option works for and more information about it.

I have enjoyed binaural beats for some time from another company, but it was hard to navigate and really buggy and never downloaded. I am so happy that I found this app that made it so much simpler! And love the gorgeous sacred geometry!! But with the amount of beats you have, the descriptions of how and when to use them are very minimal and vague. I mean, by your descriptions, I can guess. But I’d rather know without question. I would like to see more description on the beats and how or when best to use them. More info on the differences of alpha beta gamma delta theta. What listening can do for our physical as well as emotional and mental states. Details on HZ and Solfeggio scale useful too.

I work in a noisy environment that makes it hard to concentrate. I put my headset on, crank up the sound on this app, and can actually focus. It’s amazing and I’m grateful it exists!

I absolutely love this app. I originally used the “waveen” app, available only on Android devices, which is now back to its original website from iso-tones.com for those who do not have an iOS device. However, this app and the beats offered are so much more sophisticated and complex. This application also offers an extensive variety of tones/beats for users. I share and tell everyone I meet and know about Beautifulness because I truly feel like it is the very best available - specifically in terms of the great quality offered, the vast selection of tones, and the price is affordable at just under $3 a month. Please keep up the amazing work for such an affordable price because this app has, without question, saved my life - specifically my mental health. This app and the tones offered have been the saving grace I needed when everything else I tried had failed. I highly recommend this application for those who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, sleep paralysis, and other mental health or even physiological health disorders. This can make all the difference. If I may make a few suggestions… I would love to see this application be made available to Android/non-iOS users! They deserve to be able to take part in the unique experience offered by this application. As I mentioned above, there is no other application available that compares to this one in quality and affordability. Please seriously consider making this app available universally, so that others who need to access its powerful healing capabilities are able to do so. I know firsthand how much it has done for me and I cannot imagine not having access to it simply because I either didn't have access to an iOS device or could not afford one. Thank you for considering this. Additionally, I was hoping that a description could be provided for all of the tones available in the app- specifically the “single” tones that are only 2-3 minutes long. For example, “Patience”, “Forgive”, “Gratitude”, “Fearless”, “Heal”, etc. They are incredibly powerful tones, but there is no description for any of them individually, which is inconsistent with the other tones offered. The fact that the single tones are only a couple of minutes long should not make them any less significant than the rest of the tones available and therefore each single should have a brief explanation to go along with it, just like all the other tones. I love the different options for Mindfulness, Healing, Manifestation, Rest, etc. So wonderful! Thank you for finally having a app that feels legit in helping raising our frequency. The YouTube ones don’t work. I felt so relaxed and tuned in to this app through the session. This was refreshing, I can’t say it enough. I will be using this app, more often. ❤️🙏 Namaste.
