The best makeup app the delivery is fast the costumer service is amazing everything is perfect ive order three times from them

the promo code section wont apply any codes no matter how many times you click it. i click apply, i also tried clicking return, and waiting for a while. Customer service isn’t helpful.

The app experience simply is not good. I prefer shopping on their website.

Amazing app, love their own brand eyeshadows, i wont buy another brand eyeshadows anymore but i wish on the app you could click on the brand when viewing a product so that you could see other products by that brand, i know I'm being picky, but I want them to be better cause they’re awesome. Also when searching for ‘beautybay blushes’ for example their brand name blushes in this case for example don’t show ip in search results! Overall I’m happy!

Beauty Bay has improved their app a lot over time. It is is very easy to navigate, easy to search for either a brand or a product. I’ve only ordered once before from Beauty Bay, and because it came from the UK (home of BB) to me in Canada, my order ended up getting held hostage by some shark of a company until I paid them some sort of duties + ransom. If I had to pay duties, I would have much rather just pay that when I place my order rather than have some modern day pirate hold my package for ransom 😑 This may not be something that BB can control or prevent, but it has kept me from ordering through them for a few years now.

Easy to navigate through the app with tons of product selection

I think the app is fine but my scrolling is very laggy and it hurts the eyes to look at my screen.

Non native APP that keeps on bringing me to desktop to end up in a signup loop.. Very frustrating as impossible to checkout without signup!

Downloaded the app loads of times, updated, deleted and re-downloaded but all i get is a white screen
