This app is a total let down. Every time I click on a picture the app closes. There is no way to report this bug. This is very basic stuff. Please update this app to be less glitchy and let your users REPORT BUGS.

Anytime I pick a product, I can’t choose a shade/colour for the product. It only shows the default image, for foundation matching this is very frustrating. I want to use this site but I’m getting very annoyed that this issue hasn’t been dealt with, and I’m about to delete it.

I haven’t purchased any items from the website yet, but I’m planning to. My 20th birthday is just a few months away so any cash I get will be going to buying myself some new beauty products! All the makeup is so pretty, I wanna buy it all!

All I get is a black screen

It does not log your order history. Also, when looking at products, to know what colour it is you have to click on the item. It does not say what colour it is.

You need to improve app loading... I can't load more reviews when I click on "more reviews" and it doesn't load in the "Photos" section. I can't make a review! Every time I click on the write review button, the form only shows up for 1 second then it goes away 😡😡😡

The community aspect of the app was the only part I used. Now I can't do anything I could before. The talk section can no longer be sorted by category, there's no option to create a thread anymore, and the topics you follow are in a confusing menu that takes a good minute to get through, and they sort oldest to newest. I've been a member since 2012. Instead of showing me the topics I've commented on this week, its showing me 2012 topics. There's no way to upload photos anymore. Everything is less efficient and you can't do half the things that you could before. Even though the website had more options than the App, mosy people only used the app. I always read topics on the go and now I probably won't even open the app. I won't be making time to sit at my computer to read through the topics. I will probably end up deleting the app and never bothering to check the site. It wasn't broken, why did you try to fix it?

This app is so messed up, I made an account with gmail and it randomly set my birthday to oct 24 with no way to change it. Also my profile picture is half cut off.
