Bought two cameras one is working fine but the other seems to loose it’s battery far faster than the other one and needs recharging often. Secondly the app does not connect continuously with the camera and many a times it shows offline despite full wifi cover. Also when it is connected, I can see the events but live camera does not connect and this happens very often. What is the solution? Any ugrades needed?

It performs its primary function effectively. The camera quality is good with clear visuals, accurate person detection, and it sends alerts to your mobile device. In the app you have the option to choose from three privacy modes - Home, Away, and Off. Initially, you get free AI subscription for the first year, and after that, it becomes chargeable. You can use a memory card of upto 128GB for storage. The two-way communication feature works well, with the camera's microphone effectively capturing surrounding voices and sounds. The Siren function is sufficiently loud to serve its intended purpose. The app shows rich notifications, where in each notification comes with image of the motion detected, and SOS, Siren options to take quick action. Overall it's a great camera and superb app than other cameras and their apps that I have used.

Seamless user experience on the app, compliments the camera perfectly. Definitely worth it
