Price is great but I have to pay cash only. It won’t let me add a credit card.

The drivers keep driving off on me and my friends because I’m guessing it’s our appearance what makes them feel like we are harm towards them. We are just young black men that wear sweatsuits and covid masks because we are traumatized from covid.

Been using Beebee for years love them but this app is outdated and needs a lot of fixes !!!!

I have been riding with bee bee for a wild now but this morning this rude arrogant driver was calling me all types of names ! Told me to get out while he was driving! I keep calling beee bee no response 😭 this is ridiculous horrible driver ! Need action taken

App keeps opening and closing on iPhone

I been taking this cab service for over 2 years as an alternative for Uber and half the time I don’t even make it to my destination . Not only are the drivers very nasty but they have no respect for the passengers . When it’s not you being undressed by the eyes of your driver or the loud overseas conversation of your driver and his friend or in instances where u can barely get in and already there’s a demand for cash . If u can take Uber just do it and save your time . These people do not value your service at all .
