I ordered a gift card through them in 2023. Never received it and ever since they’ve been trying to charge me. Called customer support and never get through because the call “drops”. Got an actual person once who said two words and hung up on me. Worst experience I’ve ever had. DON’T DO IT!
It’s a complete scam, beware. They refuse to close my account unless I pay them a bunch of fees even though my account has been inactive for a long time.
Do not use I would say the service was good but it wasn’t. I was in the process of creating an account everything was running smoothly. I get to the verification part of the app scanning my id and it times out. Upon retrying the app it says my account is deactivated , mind you I haven’t even fully made the account yet! Now I’m stuck in an endless loop of reactivating and deactivating my account. When I call support they weren’t any help it sounds like more of the help is outsourced internationally to help domestic customers or Who are statebound but they are no help. The knowledge they say to have and skills is non existent. After retelling the problem several times she continues reading from a script expressing my disappointment and how sorry they are but they aren’t even listening or trying to escalate or help. She said there is nothing she can do if it was on their side you will have to wait 90 days to try again and hope you can get help. So to anyone who doesn’t want problems now don’t even sign up so you don’t have to go through these problems as well when you need simple help or simple answers. Also I understand a lot of companies outsource their support but at this point they are just outsourcing to people who have no business helping people if they can’t fluidly understand and speak English to assist American customers and the like.
I downloaded Beem with no real expectations, but it has been great to have in case you need emergency cash! A great way to get quick cash, especially with the holidays!
The cash advance feature has been “temporarily unavailable “ for 2 weeks. How exactly is that helpful?
Just awful. Cant even set up the app because it locks up when putting in phone verification code and just sit on a loading screen.
Says you can get $1000 but they want you to buy a subscription then it starts at $40 not $1000
The app took my dues out of my account and continue to tell me I owe them. Second they have take. Away live support they continue to have bad support and due shady things
I tried to sign up. Each time I put my name in it just sends me right back to the “log in / sign up” page…
The app says advances are in high demand and to go play a game or take a loan instead, and it also asks for my pin to unlock the app, I enter my pin and get to the Home Screen, and then im promptly signed out and asked to sign in again and great a new pin again each time. This app is not useful or helpful to me at all, your mileage may vary
