Logging in with social media information for a simple app like this should be optional. If users want to be able to save scans, ask them to log in then. Not just to open the app.

I hate this app not worth 104$ CAD

Note that this app does not give you the expiration date from scanning the barcode. For the full review look below. Short review: If I were to choose to spend an extra minute to find a pen and paper to write down expiration dates versus paying $104 CAD a year to use this app, I’d pick paper. First off, this app requires you to login to Facebook or Google in order to launch the app, which should not be mandatory. The only thing that it does is with that information is save your name which is suspicious since what kind of app would require you to login to social media to collect your name? Next off, which is what really made this seem like a complete scam was that to get the full functionality of this app, the premium version comes with a ludicrous price tag. After the free one month trial, another month is $10 CAD and 12 months is $104 CAD. Now, while looking at this I thought “Wow, what can I do with $10?”. Then I realized that this app costs more than simply grabbing a pen and paper to write down expiration dates. The only advantage I could have thought about for the existence of this app is that you can carry this information around with you on the go. However, this app requires internet in order to work. Which completely breaks the purpose of having an app to record information on. It is literally outperformed by the notes app that came with my phone because it can function without WiFi.

O aplicativo é muito bom, mas no período de um ano, teve um aumento de 100 reais na mensalidade anual. Se continuar desse jeito, se tornará inviável. Sugiro diminuir o valor, ainda mais considerando que o app não recebe atualizações a pelo menos um ano.
