this app even shows that my food is out for delivery eventho shop owner called saying their shop is close. and refund takes about 7 days for online banking. so slow. what if i need to use the money instantly to order food from other place. useless app

Ordered a few times and so far no issue. Very satisfied

Logged in using phone number. Wanted to add email address but it says email has already been registered, to use another email or login again. As this is my only email, I am unable to proceed. This repeatedly happens when I order using QR at restaurants. No option to login using email either. Uninstalling.

Unable to log in with registered number. Issue reported had been sent thru emailed n FB messenger. No reply.

I regret signing up for BeepIt. I was forced to give my mobile to BeepIt to order via app at a restaurant. I was told it was also required for cashback. A few hours later, I received an SMS directly to my mobile from a merchant on BeepIt. So I know BeepIt shared my mobile number with their merchant who records it on their own systems who will spam me via SMS. If you value your privacy, don’t give your mobile to BeepIt. If a restaurant forces you to order via BeepIt, then leave the restaurant. Privacy is very important. Scammers can easily build a whole profile of you and your identity by stealing your contact information from careless merchants and platforms like BeepIt who collect your personal information and freely share it with others.

Please delete this rubbish app! We pay expensive shipping fees, but what we get is such rubbish service! First, waiting too long. The second driver delivered the wrong food and cannot contacted. Third, the customer service cannot be contacted after 9pm! Since I can't contact them after working hours, why doesn't the whole app just close at 9pm? Still open to people to place orders? There is no immediate solution to any problems! Rubbish!!!
