Вымогает деньги , после некоторого времени пользования. На мой взгляд за деньги такое изделие не годится. Бесплатно могло бы пойти. Опять присутствуют дурацкие регистрации и прочая никчемуха. Надо-не надо а все равно куда то чего то отсылает. С точки зрения безопастности только менструальный календарь вести на этом можно.

Хорошая программа, реально экономит время. Есть много значков, которые добавляют Call to, email to и так далее. Причем сразу же создают свою группу - где всегда можно посмотреть только звонки и т.д. Программа имеет матрицу Эйзенхауэра. Умеет создавать заметки внизу рабочего поля. Прикрепляет фото, ссылки, карты. Можно рисовать. Недостатки: Нет русского меню, нет доступа к контактам через назначения. Нет возможности раскидать дела по времени. Но приложение классное. Хотя и сырое. Поэтому четверка.

This is the first app I've ever bothered reviewing. I'm only on my third day with it but am already turning meeting minutes into allocated tasks. It's by far the most powerful task manager I've tried. Don't be put off by the project management references. This is a very useful app for anyone who attends or minutes meetings or needs to keep track of a complex to do list.

I am a busy project manager who works across multiple clients, multiple projects, and multiple resources. Before this app, I used to take notes in a notebook. I always felt it was unproductive, because I had to come back to the office after a meeting, transfer and write up my notes, and store actions in a place that I would refer back to later for follow up. When you're really busy it's easy to not have time/forget/miss actions that are important and have deadlines. I always felt there was a gap in the market for an app that would help make me more efficient, and my job less stressful. The other apps I'd looked at didn't do it anywhere near as well as this one. With Beesy, I gain about an extra hour of chargeable time for every hour-long meeting I attend. I no longer have to rewrite my minutes, or transfer my actions. My minutes are formatted professionally and can be sent a minute after a meeting. Actions across all my meetings are no longer in different Word documents, or spread out through my notebook, or need to be transferred into a central location. I just press the To Do icon and I can see everything I need to do or chase up in date order. I can also quickly refer back to comments made in a meeting by using the Dashboard or the Notes icon. There is a bit of a learning curve, and I recommend you read the help documentation before you hit your first meeting with the app. But once you've done this it's a breeze to use. I'm not exaggerating when I say this app has changed my life. Not only do I feel less stressed and more efficient, but my clients can see how more efficient I am as well. YOU NEED THIS APP.

Finally, something that allows me to quickly create minutes as well as follow up actions. I love the way it integrates with my work calendar on my iPad and also how it allows me to allocate actions to other people and then easily track completion. They have also done a good job allowing you to send anything (I.e. any view in the app) via an email, so you can easily send minutes or a list of tasks for a given resource. The other bonus is that it lets you prepare for a meeting in advance, so you can create a structured agenda and send it from the app or keep track of the work that you need to do before the meeting. Great app!

J'aimerai mieux maitrises le logiciel mais je n'y arrive pas encore

Appli que j’utilise depuis de nombreuses années et utile même si il y a de plus en plus de bugs avec la complexification de l’appli (en particulier des actions en doublon, triplon, etc chaque fois que je fais une « note depuis les actions d’un contact »). Et depuis 6 jours, impossible de lancer l’appli, elle plante au démarrage. A corriger d’urgence !!

Je l'utilise depuis 3 ans maintenant et plus une réunion sans ça ! Elle est vraiment complète, et c'est pourquoi je n'ai mis que 4 étoiles ! Car malgré les tutos et les explications que l'on trouve assez facilement je n'arrive pas à maîtriser tout ce qu'il y a dedans. Les liaisons entre les projets, les notes etc sont assez complexes à maîtriser. Alors je l'utilise en prise de note gestion de dossiers et tâches en coordination avec mon Mac et et ses appli intégrées comme agenda, mail. En bref je pense qu'il me faudrait un vrai tuto complet pour comprendre la totalité de l'application.

Je n’imagine plus ma vie professionnelle sans cette appli. Tout simplement.

Appli pleine de bugs/crashes sur iPad Pro. Inutilisable en l’état
