This is a big improvement over the previous app. Much easier to find chargers and the map functionality has improved.

The app gets as far as sending me a verification code and allows me to enter in the app. Then it wants a secure password fulfilling the requirements but then won’t set the password. It’s an odd bug to have. I’ll keep using RFID or contactless until it’s fixed.

The APP have bug for new users, the password can’t save and go next step, how come you guys not test it before launch

Still a couple of very minor issues but this is a much better app than what they had before! Charged up at White City on their 150kW chargers - nice and easy! The live charging screen is cool too.

Much better! No unexpected error messages yet. Plus I didn’t realise the app gave me a discount which was an added bonus! Would like to see what ‘rewards’ they are planning to offer.

Having found the old app frustrating to use due to delays in charging info displayed in the app, I’m thrilled that a new app has been released! Love the live charging info screen and stop feature. I’ve used the app for every charging session since and it’s been a great experience so far!

Tried to connect today and the new app isn’t working! Called to ask for my car to be connected and was told this isn’t something you can do…completely at a loss! Glad I drive a hybrid and can rely on good old fossil fuels 🙄

Latest version working well. I have a couple of minor issues that I have captured with screen shots. Could someone contact me to share these. Keep up the good work team Be.EV

Old app had no way of having favourites so finding the same charger I use regularly was time consuming New app won’t load information about regular chargers I use so completely useless

Opened the “new” app, started setting up my account, skipped the “order rfid” page because I already have be.ev cards and presumed I could just register them again. Why is the rfid card section no where to be found???! I can’t buy a card, I can’t add a card. UX Designer just forgot about that part??!
