beIN CONNECT (MENA)

I have been using the BeIN app normally after I purchased my subscription through ooredoo. Suddenly I can’t use the app and I am getting a message that my subscription doesn’t include the channels I used to watch. I called ooredoo and they said it’s a beIn issue, trying to call them, automated service has no option to describe my call.

Paid for a RWC subscription and it is completely inaccessible on browser or in the joke of an app. Do not use!

The app takes me to beIN.com where by beINconnet doesn’t work so can’t add subscription. Zero customer support.

How bad would an app be if you can’t subscribe only via the web

With the latest update, I can no longer watch the World Cup on my devices despite having a subscription.

This is the worst streaming app ever. It always cuts off and I can’t adjust the resolution. Please delete this app from IOS because its so bad

Please do not waste your money on this old fashioned app video loads then error message quality is not full HD 😡😡

Please DO NOT use this app in UAE if you are a tourist or a customer from UK Ireland or anywhere else in EU once your start the subscription the steam just doesn’t work . Specially on a hotel wifi . If them try to cancel subscription there is no help and it just doesn’t work from outside MENA and won’t let you cancel your subscription , it won’t even recognise you . Absolute rubbish company taking your money I am amazed how these con artists are getting away with this probably because very loose regulations in the UAE to hold them accountable . Never ever use this service

Wasted my money on buying an apple tv device
