I thought Paramount + was bad. Don’t waste your money. Very poor quality.

This company has poor customer support and is black listed by some of the internet providers which can lead to technical difficulties. The don’t have the rights to any grand slam viewing in Australia. Their on-demand videos are often poorly labelled so hard to find what you are looking for. There is no option to Resume when you are watching a long replay. Not a good experience.

Can never watch a F1 race live. Always get booted off (connection error) even though my wifi is fine. I only have Bein Sports for F1, so extremely disappointed. Obviously Bein Sports can’t handle the amount of viewers when F1 is on and crashes.

If you enjoy the feeling of sticking needles in your own eyeballs, wayching pain dry on a cold rainy day or are studying human frustration as part of your psychology course then this is the App and service for you!!! If you are an actual sports fan, someone who appreciates a service that actually works when you’ve been waiting all week to see your team play then avoid this like the plague! I initially signed up to watch the EFL Championship play offs and final and there was an issue with every game, bar one, including the actual Wembly Final that experienced “technical issues” (no service at all) until nearly fourty minutes into the game and predictably minutes after the only goal of the match was scored. It was an absolute disgrace. The App itself is unintuitive, badly designed, poorly organised and most times when you click on something (like trying to start watching a game) nothing seems to happen. Nothing. No spinning gif to indicate the app has registered your click, nothing. Worst of all, if you are unable to watch the game live and decide to watch one of the scheduled replays (oh and basically “on demand” doesn’t exist) then it is IMPOSSIBLE to get to the game without seeing who won!!! Yeah! Clearly Designed by true sports fans for sports fans…NOT! Advice to Bein: 1. Work with a developer who actually knows how to build an intuitive app that actually works. 2. Talk to/ employ some actual real live sports fans about what they want out of the app and service (this not just about the app, the service itself is a joke). After all they are the ones paying for it. 3. Fire the genius who approved or signed off on releasing such a festering pile of garbage that this is. As for me, I’ve already cancelled. I would rather miss out on watching my team play next season than go through this kind of frustration every week. It’s that bad. I just wish I could give Zero stars on the rating.

Should have taken notice of other reviews. Subscribed to watch EFL playoff and it failed with connection issues. Should have option for no stars

Stealing your money can even watch the biggest game off the year in the championship!

Bein doesn’t work when too many people want to login. Eg EFL playoffs

Never had this bad experience with any app. Charging you this much but can’t deliver what’s promised. Worst app ever, login and log out and repeat same rubbish, couldn’t watch the games I paid for. Total rubbery. Don’t recommend to this rubbish app. Don’t even connect to my tv as app says beinconnect my $&@ 1 star is a reward should be -10

Constantly glitchy with never ending buffering. Very disappointing when your trying to watch your sports.
