App keeps crashing. I can’t even log in

Won’t play the video on the app or web page. App crashes every time you click it open. What’s the point of this app if it consistently never works. Fix the bugs or cancel this app if IT is too incompetent to figure it out.

So upset that I can’t even log into the app. It would even bring me onto the log in page. Yes, I can log in using the browser but I can’t save the videos through the browser. I have the iPhone 14 and have tried restarting and updating the phone and deleting and reinstalling-downloading the app. Please fix this!!!

The app opens and then immediately crashes

I can’t say enough good things about Bellybaloo. My Wife & I are having a baby and we paid $125 for the same service, BUT THEN WE FOUND Bellybaloo! At no cost, we were able to share all our ultrasound pictures with friends and family. We were even able to get pictures at no cost. If you are having a baby, I highly recommend you check this app out. All our friends now use it and they are hooked! Truly changed the 9month pregnancy experience for us

This app is hands down the best part of pregnancy. Having the ability to save and share all of my childrens’ ultrasounds and go back and look through all the images and videos whenever I want is so wonderful and a keepsake I will have forever. The paper printouts of the ultrasound images they provide at the scans are so flimsy, get lost easily and don’t hold up over the years, but having the mobile pictures (and being able to print out my own images from the site for baby books) has been a total game charger. HIGHLY recommend to all the expecting mamas out there! You will not be disappointed!

Amazing, printouts do not compare to the images sent directly to the app (my husband and I told our tech on our second ultrasound we didn’t want the printouts because we only use the app to look at the pictures and videos of our baby) I am pregnant with my first and I cannot imagine my pregnancy without this app!

Glad to see an app that makes it possible to get a digital ultrasound file.
