BenchApp - Sports Team Manager

Fix the time interface on Mac. That can’t be that hard, right? You get halfway through scheduling something and run into a “select a time” screen that you can’t select a time on. Absolutely infuriating.

This app was good to begin with, but has slowly declined. There’s a lot of good thing and useful features but when you can’t even share simple photos or videos with your team cause the quality is so poor and pixilated to the point you can barely open the picture and zoom. It’s pretty disappointing. Someone sends a GIF? Well you’re lucky if it plays once, before freezing and being literally unwatchable. I know it’s not the most important thing about the app but that was never an issue when first using it. I think desktop might be better but this is supposed to be accessible to your team in a mobile manner so we can get quick responses which doesn’t always happen since half the team doesn’t even get notifications, or there’s a new message that doesn’t show OR shows then disappears to the point where you need to retry typing your message multiple times just to get it to post. I do like the format but it’s just lacking in some basic ways that are pretty intolerable at times. My team has already been discussing just going back to what’sapp or group me just so we can have no issues with chatting. Hopefully some of these basic functions are improved cause I’d love to continue using the platform.

Literally useless now. They keep changing the app to make it less functional. Use the mobile website, it works WAAAAAYYYY better

Great app for managing the multiple hockey teams I play on. I love that I can subscribe to the calendar and easily see all the teams I’m playing on in one page. The lines feature and score keeping section is also great. Thanks!

When I try to open this app it doesn’t open at least 50% of the time. Fix your app

Had no problems for years, now it started crashing out of nowhere all the time. Can’t even open it

The latest updates have changed the default view to be only one of my teams, which means I need to manually change to “All Teams” every time I open the app. No clear way to change this, so am assuming it’s a dumb and frustrating bug.

Overall great app. The concept and execution is really good but I think they could still make some adjustments and bug fixes. For example messages and emoji reactions seem to disappear randomly from the chatter/chat box from time to time.

Constantly shutting down. Glitching out. Sometimes notifications don’t work. Always a new trick to irritate and annoy

This is the worse app on the planet. Updates every week and nothing changes other than it making it slower and not work half the time. Not to mention how to sign up for any ice or stick times, easy.
