This is the best app I am able to see all my benefits in one place. I love it!

Trying to cancel the medical coverage and keep the dental. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to do so.

Been trying to log into both the app and website for the last few days,the app wont accept any login and when I try to reset it the website is either down or is flagged as “unsure” and you can’t get in contact with anyone!

Filled everything out and the button is greyed out

Despite multiple attempts and approaches, it never finds my employer, simply times out. Doesn’t work at all

The date of birth is asking for MM/DD/YYYY however, when I click on that space, all that I’m offered is a calendar where I have to pick the date of birth. And then the credentials won’t go through because the only option I have is a calendar date, but not the date in the format that the app is asking for. so I’m not able to use it

Trying to add insurance on newborn and wife and this app makes everything complicated. And will not let me submit.

I’m joining the company, and I have to complete Benefits Enrolment, but I’m stuck on Pet Insurance. I can not find out the costs or benefits of the Pet Insurance offering. I can’t even get past this to enroll in other benefits.

Cant get anything to load, just say’s “loading”

I tried to decline my coverage and guess what the page won’t even load which I find frustrating. The one job of this app is to enroll in benefits and it can’t even load a simple page I hate this app
