Since the new year doesn’t display my new balance actually only thing it shows is my personal information and that it’s verified. So I have to call no actual need for the app if I’m back to calling to check available balance.

App is not working and it wont show me how much otc benefits i have, its been messed up since this month started plz fix it
Hello 2025 can’t even use app won’t show purse amount intentional?
It’s bad enough the app can’t verify my address, what? I can’t use my benefits in ANY stores and the catalog is atrocious, especially with their prices and selection of items. It’s enough for me to drop them at the next enrollment period.
I’ve been trying to open the app since Jan 1st it’s not showing me anything all blank before new year I was able to see my balance supposed to to get new balance January 1st it’s not showing anything all blank before
My insurance had switch from the OTC app and card, which in itself was another headache but they seemed to have smoothed things out, only for the new year of 2025, they decided to completed switch to whole new system once again. And now they are using this system. It says that my car is active, but yet I have to approve the card. When I put in the info asked for and I go to press the “activate” button on the screen, nothing happens. It just stays the same and nothing is being done. There is no progress at all. This has been such a huge waste of time for the insurance company: Commonwealth Care Alliance of Massachusetts. They really don’t know how to make things easy for their members. They just make things far more difficult for no reason.
It starts to load but no info shows up
I gave one star because every time I tried opening the app it closes on me I deleted it and reinstalled it but it continue to do the same thing what else can I do I even restarted my phone to see if that helped to correct the issue but to no avail can someone please look into this issue and fix it please and thanks
This app is a joke. No way to tell what stores I can use card at. When I try to find stores to use card at it tells me I must pick a purse to use. When I pick a purse, it takes me directly to mail order. When I try to scan an item for eligibility, it says I must pick a purse. When purse is picked, it takes me directly to mail order. Not willing to order on line from their catalog, which is the only option this app continually gives me. I wish Molina would have stuck with a working & trusted app. This app is of no use to me. Very disappointed in what changes 2025 have done to my health benefits. Don’t care for this app at all. Not very user friendly.
