Benenden Health

Really shocked that this app seems to be virtually useless. Directed to a community page that I didn’t want to be involved with and now can’t navigate away from that area of the site. Very poor that Benendon don’t have this app working properly and now leaves me questioning how good the service I’m paying for will be if I need it. Disappointed.

App has seldom worked since I downloaded it. Always crashes and says “Something went wrong”. Disaster

It always seems to have loading issues

Well-being hub on the iPhone with latest update 17.1.1 not working (iPad working on previous update). Please fix, thanks Edit: I wrote the above review on 25 Nov 2023 and the app is still not working as it should be. Edit: 6 April 2024 and the wellbeing hub still doesn’t work

Tried to set up the app, but it doesn’t recognise the membership number, despite it being on all of my correspondence from Benenden.

How difficult is it to make an app that works? Very by this apps standards. I go to Request Diagnostic Services and every time it says I have an open request and to make a phone call. I do not have any requests with Benenden. The phone line says use the app to save time but the app says use the phone. I rest my case.

After being unable to contact them by phone due to being in a queue and being advised to view the app,I was unable to find the answer to my question and no email listed as an option.Not good enough.

This app needs serious attention. There are lots of interesting things to access but the app freezes.

I have downloaded and signed in however it just keeps loading and does not open at all

I’ve been a member for near on 4 months and haven’t been able to log in to the app even once. What’s the point!? Absolutely shocking!
