One of the worst matrimony application
I would like to suggest everyone not to take assisted services, the reason is one assistant will connect to another assistant only, they only bother about collecting the payment from customers who has viewed or liked your profile. They’ll never allow that person to connect you if he or she is a unpaid member on BM whatever the eligibility or priority he or she’s having, doesn’t matter. They will call you up and inform you that he or she is calling you on behalf of his customer and the fellow is taking care of that customer’s account and he will convey your message to his or her customer only when you will make payment. This is fully nonsensical! Dear admins of Bengali Matrimony try to teach your people properly to provide a professional service to the customers who have taken your assistant service rather not thinking the commercial aspects and telling the every customer to go for assistant services.

App stutters a lot, glitches, shuts down.. drains battery….make it properly functional app. Also the UX sucks…as a professional UX designer myself I hate this application..
Does not function well on ios
When I get a new acceptance, I open the app, but the screen does not load. I will need to restart the app. This happens all the time. Needs to be fixed. On ios, when you swipe left to right, it takes you to a back screen. Does not seems to be working with this app. Need to fix these ios errors

So many bugs in this app picture thumbnail never show’s whenever we try to upload pic or see our pic gallery unable to see the pictures as well as thumbnail. Please improve this app
