The app I was looking for my hole life
I never write a review.. but in 10 years using different programs like Freeletics, Thenx and as last Cali Move and had some ups and downs. I think, but mostly feel, I finally found the app perfect app. It’s beautiful made. So many options for you to tweak to make it personal and to do what you wanna do, but also easy enough that you can just follow what Sondrea made as program!! It’s so well made, love it. For me I started the bodyweight foundation as I want to become stronger + Handstand level one. As I like to train for some “skill” I really really enjoy it so far.
What I also like is that there are some stretch exercises between the exercises when you need to rest (you can choose this af course), me who always skip those, kinda love it now as it’s planned through the workouts, especially as I do run before the workout!
And I also started to get some wrist problems and he also has some really nice warm ups/flexibility/mobility exercises for those!
But in the end what makes me to write a review mostly is because Sondrea gives you a option if you not “fortunate” with money to get a discount. My heart melted a bit to have this option as I had some rough times lately but now have to option just to enjoy the app and work on myself with “sport”.

Super user friendly
I only had to adjust the exercises to my level and now I only have to open the app every day and just start! As a beginner in calisthenics this helps me a lot as I don’t have to spend the time I could spend on exercise in figuring out a (worse) plan every day.

My body loved being in these new yoga poses.🧘🏾♀️ I’ve been doing them every morning so far .the yoga video is very helpful for my upper body stiffness and I just found it easier to follow along without having to look at the screen every few seconds. Thank you.
Good workouts
I am new at calisthenics and but I am love working out and these workouts are really giving me a pump. Love it!
Week 2 Day 2 Full Body Strength
These workouts are masterfully put together. Strength,flexibility and skills all rolled into one. The workout are scalable, so they are as difficult (or as easy) as you need them to be. Do it now before you’re 58 like me, wishing you had found this program decades ago. I would highly recommend.
Great workout routines
I have been training for most of my life. I have done so many different types of workouts. These routines are different as they approach the entire system (muscle, ligaments, fascia, etc) as a whole.
Costs money
I know it’s definitely worth it, and my man needs to make some money off this stuff, but I don’t think I have the motivation to spend that much money.
Absolutely Amazing
This is so impressive- the thoughtful workouts with mobility and stretching built in. The way you can choose a level to match your skill. The way the components can be broken up to just support a specific goal. Overall amazing - very, very happy!
