The notifications in this app do not send until a login occurs which is not the expectation. Alerts do not help if you do not receive them timely. This started happening after recent app updates. I’m seriously considering closing my account permanently because of this issue. It’s been one thing after another with this app and its inconveniences.

Hello McFly, it’s almost 2025. Let’s get that Face ID working!!!

This app never remembers that it’s been on my phone for years. QOL stuff like Face ID aren’t working since the app just resets to “factory” settings every time I open it (Not just after app updates).

Great app… but something changed recently that took away from it. Any transactions made (when alerts were set) would instantly alert you, but now it can take days to receive. It was better when notifications happened immediately whether it was you or not to know if fraud was happening in real time or if your transaction was successfully made. Can you please fix this? Thank you

Can’t get Face ID to stick. Also, paying bills is very tedious

It will not keep my Face ID logged in!!!!!!

Use the website. The app works 50% of the time, and the rest you will spend trying to figure out why your login has suddenly stopped working. It will tell you to reenroll, and then when you try it says you already have an account. You will call the bank for help where you will hear a recording recommending this very app, and when you finally get a human, they will tell you “Yeah, it does that” and tell you to reenroll. Rinse and repeat.
