Glitchy app that often doesn’t load properly

This app takes a long time to load on my Samsung phone, so long that I kept thinking that it was frozen. It may be my phone, so I will download it on my iPad and see if it is more efficient. I like the appointment reminders, but it is a shame that you can not book an appointment with your doctor. Other medical apps offer this option. I assume that Practices did not want this function. This was the function that I was looking for and it is not there!

Make a mistake at log in and there is no way to fix it. I contacted the developers and they couldn’t help. What is the point of this if you can’t log in when you make a mistake. There is no edit function. What a joke The practice that sent me the link can’t fix it either.

Easy setup asking for a email, mobile then followed by verification by both options. The app itself loads easily. No issues whatsoever.

Seems useful. One star off because the app crashes every time when you paste a password during the new account process. Another star off for failing to provide a feedback process in the app.

I can’t join a practice. There’s an email from my practice in my inbox, I click yes to join and the buttons grey out and then nothing happens. A few hours later the buttons are back, but still nothing happens. What’s the point of this app without this basic functionality?
