Nope change the app back. The new design sucks. You cannot play jackpot games anymore, and the nee app design completely takes your money. Change it back.

Customer service is a load of crap takes forever to reach somebody and when you do they just tell you there’s nothing they can do for you nothing but errors and everything is so confusing it’s not even worth the entertainment to go and playing with these guys

Since the Ontario site launched, Bet365 took a giant dumbp on their customers,
especially through customer service. Holy Christ on a cracker, why in just under 9 months, can I not get recognized when logging into the casino app? I’ve changed my pw infinite amount of times. Muppet software.

This site is extremely rotten. Everything about this site is negative and misleading. Do not donate your hard earn money here. Games are un winnable and they don’t allow you to use you money at the other Bet365 sports games and live they make you play games that are broken and inaccurate. The whole set up is a disaster, and 24/7 help impossible to find. The players at this site should be compensated for the site failure to provide a working site. All other site are better then this disappointment. Don’t fall for the fake 5star feedback they pay a company to do that for them or they have no positive feedback. And don’t fall for the person that will respond to this with lies and misleading info. I hope I help you save your money.
Great online casino
Have been a customer for over 2 years and have not had any problems up until recently where there would be problems with deposits and withdrawals. Other than that it is overall a great app, the slots payout, the betting app is great as well, I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Customer service is great as well, they respond quickly and help a lot. 4/5 Star rating
Login problems
I try to login . But it says wrong password. But I can login on website same nickname and same password. I really don’t understand what’s going on.
Too notch
