Horrendous customer service , constant issues with payouts
I have used this app for a while now and gambled thousands of dollars through BetAmerica. They have never had an issue with taking my money but when I request a payout of winnings I have issues 90% of the time . I will pay fee for check to be delivered via FedEx and the check will not be delivered for 4 days . I have had customer service reps lie to me, hang up on me, when I was nothing but courteous and respectful asking for help in regards to just asking for a tracking number or give me a valid explanation as to why they will not give me a tracking number. Today a rep put me on hold to speak with her supervisor and I asked her to put the supervisor on the phone and she said they will call me back because they are on the phone dealing with other customers issues . I never write reviews but this is unacceptable and if this helps others to not go through the same constant problems as I have then it’s worth writing. This company could care less about me and I’m sure I’m not the only one being treated as such .
