Betfair Odds – Sportbetting

Do you read reviews? Is anyone bothered that you have TWO stars out of FIVE?? Having a clunky, non user friendly app is really not smart these days.....or any time actually.

I have used befriend for years. Test today they settled a bet wrong. So I contacted them over. They said I am wrong although every website an app I go tells me the score. They didn’t want to resolve the issue and said that the bet is settled. The bet is settled wrong. I spoke to an agent about it and he wasn’t even willing to try help me. He just said it was settled and nothing he could do. That game finished 1-1. He said it finished 1-0. So he sent me a link to flash score. And guess what……the score came up 1-1. lol. He then said flash score was wrong. Very bad Customer service.

Used to be a great app, but now when you click football it barely shows you any games and you have to search for specific competitions. I’ve moved to a different betting company where you don’t spend more time finding competitions than you do actually selecting games.

Having been a customer for many years, customer service is not great - spend your money elsewhere, and get a better experience if it goes wrong.

Please make the app rotate and work in landscape/sideways and not just portrait, the app will not rotate..

Excluded from qualifying for free bets for absolutely no reason. The app itself is pretty clunky and not user friendly. But mostly why would you use Betfair when paddy power is so much better for every kind of bet. Why would you put a bet builder on Betfair when PP has the sub rule. Very annoyed with the exclusion from the free bets

They blocked my acccount. Bought the API key for the exchange and had my own account. They blocked it and the customer service does not help in any way. They do not even tell you the reason why it was blocked

I have been a user of Betfair for many years now. But as the years have gone on they have backwards with the app. Unless you have great eyes you will not work out the time the footy games are at. And when it goes to extra time they think it is good to put a faint time under the match clock. Why use dark green ? Mmmmm I wounder !! Also the app is near on useless if you want to switch bets on the footy. I.E. from 1.5 goals to 2.5 goals as if you are on the time part and not rank. It will only load up about 6 games. The rest are blank odds. You have to go to the website to put bets on. This as been the case for last 2 years now and they have not picked up on it 🤦🏼‍♂️ I will also add the I put bets on Betfair but use a competitor for live scores as your app doesn’t update sometimes. It’s shocking. Come on Betfair you can do better than this 🙈

Completely ruined by app makers obviously using analytics and making changes to the app that they think will make more money/lose less money. For example, you can longer see details or results of bets you have made more than two days ago; it will now only show you limited games in the acca list, so you have to laboriously choose specific leagues from menu to see more available matches. Option to see matches over next 48 hours has gone. And more recently, you can no longer ‘add remaining bets to betslip’ from current or settled bets. Another annoying thing to beware of is that many times when your bet is going well, you’ll see ‘cash out unavailable’ for the entirety of the 90 mins of football. User experience is obviously not a priority. Squeezing more and more profit seemingly is.
