Why when I book for the gym for the whole week then suddenly after a few days my bookings dissappear and I made SURE that I pressed to confirm taking the booking

the app is an absolute horror show nothing loads i can’t even cancel my membership or pause it while i’m away and i cannot call the place , got my friend going in to do it for me!!! unbelievable i have never seen a more of a dysfunctional app in my life

How does one login? It’s impossible it seems makes the app pointless.

Impossible to log in asking for membership number n idea where to get it from rubbish waste of time

I nearly didn't download this app for my local sports centre due to all the critical reviews. I have used it for a couple of months to prebook my weekly class and it has worked perfectly. Only problem is I now have mo excuses to not go😀

This app is very useless. Everytime you go to make a booking, it makes you register a new account because it doesn’t keep you logged in after a long period of time. Even when you go to buy a membership it makes a new account. Then the accounts overlap on the app so you bought the new membership but it has kept you somehow logged in to the previous account. You have to log out and sign in again except you don’t get any confirmation email that you bought the new account which has your new account number. Only until you go in person do they tell you you have multiple accounts however then tell you to contact costumer service because the people at the center are useless in resolving issues. Better to book online and not on the app

Still poor app, bad experience.

Quicker to phone and book than use this overly complicated app.

Don’t know what to say other than I ve been trying to book swimming for daaaays . Impossible

The account disconnects all the time, so you need always reinsert username and password. That's very annoying especially when you need hurry up to book a class!
