I’ve been with betway for ages . All of a sudden I get locked out off my account . Tried talking to someone on live chat about 5 times and got thrown off every time . I have credit on there . I can’t get back on my account . There is no other way off contacting customer support other than live chat , it’s ridiculous and I’m not happy about it at all

Won £100 then deposited £20.. then my account was closed for reasons yet unknown! Cannot get in touch with customer services via email or number and the FAQ’s are useless regarding this! When can I expect my £120 please???

Very frustrating to be honest. I have deposited £10, wagered it and still not received the promotion I was opted into. Was waiting in a chat room to talk to someone and they disconnected my after waiting for 20 mins. Very disappointing.
