After 3 months of usage, I experienced an issue where the money was not credited when I tried to send it to the Philippines. Please please please, don't use this app to send money. It will waste your time. I sent money but didn't receive in 3 working days sent emails they created the ticket but no response when i call on helpline call automatically hang up. No one responding.

Hello friends , please download or use beyon money. They will not deliver your transfer on time. For me they took more than 5 days to deliver my transaction. They will promise you about gift cards for the transaction, but never they are going to keep their promises. Worst customer service team ever found in financial industry. Please dont waste your time downloading and transacting with beyon . Worst app ever seen.
