BharatMatrimony - Marriage App

As I stand most the Bm profile are fake and after 3 years of being looking out it is sure that most of the fake profiles are created by BM and all are Fake as they are taking pictures from various sources like instagram and fb and so on… I see about 70% are fake profiles! I can give almost 100 fake profiles right now! But none of the reported profile was blocked or suspended by BM and are still active and is supported by Bharath Matrimony by cheating people…. BM is not blocking it! So please be advised!!! Don’t become member right away after your interest gets approved… it might be a fake profile… I believe it is been created by Bharath Matrimony to lure the people into trap by becoming premium member! Which they will delete after few days of you becoming the premium member! Please don’t fall into trap from BM!!! Check the profile and their name and do a google search, just to make sure those are genuine profile! And don’t never ever believe Cambodia profiles as they are 100% fake and created by Bharath Matrimony!!! I suspect this BM people( inside or who work for BM) are creating lot of fake profile across all languages, as I am using it for almost 2+years now! And know more about fake profiles then anyone! If you truly interested in the new profile after sending an interest wait for 2weeks or more to get your premium as there are lots of fake profiles in BM, roughly around 30% are fake profiles, and moreover if we report it no actions are taken from the BM, and never ever go for any services they provide it is worst! Which you will know after paying them!!! They won’t even reply once you paid them, and if any other profile reaches to the profile they don’t even reply, thinking they own it, and worst app with lots of bugs after every update. I would rate this - minus as this app is still in 20century. Lots of things need to get updated. I am an genuine candidate and would recommend other app like Jeevansathi( even they have other but atleast app is stable and user friendly), and even if the app asks for rating if you rate 1 star then it gets hung which means they already planned for how to do it. I would never recommend BM to anyone until all the fake profiles are removed! The application is slow and most of the it doesn’t work as it suppose to. Sometime can’t load, notifications doesn’t work, a search doesn’t load right and after search if we move down it keeps on loosing most of the time. And on every update some or something break!! Looks like no prope

This application needs serious development or it’s not worthy I need to unistall and reinstall every time I want access. shaadi and Jeevansathi are much better than this. I’m an iPhone user.

This is the worst app I have ever used. It keep crashing every time I try to open or use. Not sure why App Store allows such bogus apps on their platform. The app developers who developed this app should be fired for making such terrible app. Unfortunately I cannot give less than 1 start rating. This app deserves 0 star rating. Just today I had to download this app 2 times because it would not open when I login in the app.

Worst app by far in my phone. In this generation an app with frequent issues like hanging up at login, not loading all tiles inside app consistently like people viewed your profile, app experience is just okayish, there is no option to withdraw an interest etc. Will not get a paid subscription with this experience.

I made payment from my Apple iTunes Store and the payment went successfully which I was given receipt from Apple and yet I am not been upgraded on my profile in BharatMatrimony which I don’t understand why ??

We paid 17000 for an year subscription and it’s pretty useless. They literally don’t care once you pay. The app is so much worst and pathetic when it comes to basics, like searching, updating partner preferences, contacting customer support. Heavily unreliable. And I’m even concerned to ask these being a premium member. I’d advise anyone looking to buy a membership from this website to think twice. They charge such a hefty amount and don’t do the justice in servicing their customers. It’s a loss of money.

When trying to log in in app , it just keeps loading and loading , doesn’t logs in . So I have to uninstall and then reinstall the app. I’ve been facing this for sometime now. So frustrating!!

Please all downloader aware of this app once you download and register they don’t give a chance to even browse or think they will start call you every single hour even if you had spoke to one off there representative explain g that you did just download and register for your convince it’s sad for this kind of service

I am a prime member but never received any suitable match and never got my service addressed correctly. The customer representative are after you to collect the money for membership and then they forget. They did not return the excess money charged. Horrible and I regret being here.

Even trying for multiple times this app doesn’t open after login needs urgent relook by developer Facing same issue since it’s new interface Please do the needful
