BHIM IOB UPI

The app doesn’t send OTP, when I want to set the UPI PIN. Please do something!

Very worst experience. I have downloaded, deleted, reinstalled many times. The app shows upi pin exist. I don’t remember and tried to reset through debit card or Aadhar card. If I select any option the next page never opens. Made complaint in IOB branch, no response, branch staff has no option to resolve. Customer care numbers of the bank after selecting the language and customer of the bank the call ends abruptly. Tried many times, no use. I have been using BHIM App for the last many years. In that app also I had a problem and for that issue also I have contacted my bank that is IOB but of no use. Very bad experience

Worst application, app crashed on every opening time, hope technical team can fix this issue

Why the next button for linking is not shown how do i click that i want to proceed fix this issue

They should add manual otp As iphone apps can’t read other app notifications 😫

Otp issue

I am getting Otp but the input screen is still loading every time

There seems to be a bug where the bhim iob app constantly shows loading where we have to enter OTP to register our mobile number with the bank link to the app. Please fix this we really need to use upi on this app.

This app send the activation sms but tries to read the otp message received and not able to validate the otp received. It would be better to manually input the response. Crappy App. Don’t Install. Waste of time
