In spite of texts having been successfully downloaded they require internet connection to open.

The download feature doesn’t work which is annoying, but apart from that, not too bad. It’s a shame you can’t type in answers, and also see answers straight away, you have to go to a different section of the work book

Surprised institutions allow themselves to be affiliated to this app. I wrote to the developers directly about how after making hours worth of notes on the app it then subsequently deleted everything I had worked on the next time I loaded it. Their response was that I would be better off making notes manually as they were unable to retrieve anything on their server. Better off getting the manual book, especially since it won’t keep glitching and shutting down for no reason.

The app is a average to poor reader app, not really any good for studying, less functionality then a paper text book. No bookmarking makes it pretty much useless for study function. As it’s the only way my course provider gives access to books I try to use for reading but the download function doesn’t work. You download the books and it is impossible to open them with or without internet, so the only way to access the material is online without downloading the material.

You can’t read a book on your mobile device even though it says you can access them. Useless

App is very hard to use and just an all round pain filled with bugs, if your uni is trying to reinvent the library by paying for this service It’s a shame

The book loads once downloaded, it keeps spinning and doesn’t work or open up. You have to constantly reload the app for it to quick

Just let me view it on the web, instead of forcing me to download an app for iPad

I was reading a book with the website on my laptop. Works fine. I decided I wanted to read on my iPad instead. Easy enough, Safari lets me easily open the tab on a different device. Problem is, Bibliu force me to download their iPad app. It won’t show the page on a device it deems to be mobile. Because of how the link opens I can’t get my iPad to request the desktop page. So I begrudgingly have to install this app, re login via my institution, blah blah. I get to the app and, guess what, it’s exactly the same as the website! The app seems to work fine but I hate being forced to use my device in a certain way. It’s my iPad, I should be able to decide if I want the app. This is ransomware: I’m not allowed to read the book on an iPad unless I install your app. Boo hiss. I only didn’t give one star because the app looks alright. But I still don’t want to use it.

Horrible app. Always freezes so I have to quit the app and start it again. Highlighting feature is horrible.
