Absolute joke of a bike share. Difficult sign up process, bikes wouldn’t unlock, the ones that did had flat tires and just a low supply of bikes everywhere. Do not use this service.

The app didn’t provide enough time for me to verify my account! About 10 seconds from when they texted my number to when it needed to be verified! Is it really that time sensitive?

The registration is a little clumsy BUT once that is completed the price is great. The average cost per our group was under 2$ per hour.

I love the bike sharing idea, BUT it took our group over an hour to acquire bikes due to bikes not unlocking properly and low supply in general. During this time, the 4 hour clock was already ticking for those in our group of 6 who had managed to find bikes. The app continuously glitched, removing the locations of bikes during this time as well. None of the bikes were in great shape. Once on our ride, the first bike broke down after 10 minutes, the second after 20, and the third an hour in. Every bike station along our route was either empty or had a single broken bike. We didn’t see anyone else on our two hour ride using the bikes, so I am unsure where the supply issue came from. I do not foresee myself using this app or company again.

Do not waste your time or money on this app. It was difficult to understand how to rent the bikes. Then once we figured it out we went through around 10 bikes trying to find something rideable. Complete waste of time and money.

The app is difficult to set up because everyone in your party needs to create an account, and have money loaded on. This took up to an hour. Then it took another 15 minutes to figure out how to actually unlock a bike because THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO SO. On top of that, the bikes are in severe need of maintenance. Half of them had flat tires, gears didn’t work, brakes didn’t work, seat wouldn’t stay up. Don’t waste your time and money.

The app does work. However it is tedious at best. The vendors of the application clearly need to try using it in the field. Most of the time the bikes do not unlock once you’ve “rented” them. You then need to wait up to 5 minutes before it realize it hasn’t. Also, you will be standing next to the bike rack and it’ll tell you to get closer. There is no support in the app. Many cities on this app have tap cards for their bike share programs. If you want to use the bikes more than just a single ride, get a tap card, it’ll save you a lot of headache.

Avoid this frustrating and confusing situation. Hard to use. You will waste time and money. It will cause disappointment and arguments you don’t want on a vacation. No support. Bikes were not available but we’re listed on the app as being there, bikes were available in real life but not showing on app, bike would not release when selected, bikes had flat tires/cob webs/rust/cut brake lines. Avoid. No way to get money back.

L’applicazione funziona malissimo, sulla mappa la maggior parte delle volte non si vedono le stazioni delle bici. Tempi degli sblocchi poco chiari, imprecisi e con tempi sbagliati. Completamente non comprensibili le comunicazioni riguardo l’abbonamento. Applicazione fatta e studiata male. Ma l’unico modo per utilizzare questo servizio dal cellulare.
