Tengo problema con el servicio, por que lo necesito y desde ayer no he podido hacer uso de la bicicleta. No tengo mi tarjeta y tampoco les interesa buscar una solución al problema. Así como están al día del cobro del servicio deberían ser ejemplar para resolver los problemas

Pro: Started using it to explore Barcelona, as well as moving around the city (post covid-19) without having to use public transportation. Con: Need to enable signing up in English. Had to use google translate because i cant read Catalan..

This is one of the many small scams in the city of Barcelona. It’s cheap, which was the first give away but when I signed up to get a bike it charged me for some small internet/tv service that is available locally. Just don’t trust it. There are more legit ways to secure your traveling needs in the city.

Why in 2023 would you not allow a new user to establish an account and rent a bike.
