The app needs to be updated with more features like immediate payments functionality..as well as the app needs more enhancements. very restricted in terms of how you make payments.

Hey there! It seems like the Bidvest app has been giving us a bit of trouble since midnight, huh? I totally get it, technology needs its TLC too. But hey, shouldn't someone over there have cracked the code on how to do maintenance without disrupting our access for so long? It's pretty inconvenient, especially when you're in a pinch and need to get into your app, right? And to top it off, even the online banking site is getting some TLC at the same time. Maybe they could stagger the maintenance, just to give us a breather? Imagine if it's an emergency and you can't access your funds! Come on, Bidvest, we know you can do better than this.

The app is not user friendly now is not opening

Fix technical problems I can’t login , your system has issues and you doing nothing about it and I tried to email you and you don’t reply…..this is not how you treat clients I wouldn’t encourage anyone to open an account with you

Not sure how many times I have contacted the bank regarding the banking app. Keeps having technical glitches which make it impossible to access my money. Developers seem to not be bothered with fixing an issue that seems to have been ongoing for the past 3 years now.

I keep getting error whenever I log in or try to reset my pin . No branch to resolve this . Is Bidvest bank still operating as a bank or not?

The bank’s offering should encompass, at minimum, industry-standard functionality, user experience, and graphical user interface. Currently, it presents itself as if it were crafted by a novice first-year computer science student. Bidvest must rise to the occasion and prioritise enhancing these aspects, demonstrating a more concerted commitment to customer acquisition efforts.
