Can not see full description of order. To little field for this and no possibility to open it to see full description.
Not working
The latest update just doesn’t work on iPhone 6s Plus. Black screen, that’s all.
The only thing is the menu button, Nothing after that. Clicking that opens nothing
There’s multiple bugs for this app. I absolutely love big cartel, and I’ve been using it for 11 months now. I feel like it’s easy to navigate and it’s fair in its price point for the subscriptions, but there’s a ton of bugs. Especially when it comes to listing items. Often times it won’t take my images when I try to upload so I have to cancel or try again, but if you accidentally upload a copy of the same photo, there’s no way to delete it. You have to make a whole new listing to be able to delete an already uploaded photo. It constantly crashes when I’m trying to upload products, and if you overwhelm it too much it stars popping up a save message saying “you have changes waiting to be saved” after every small action you do. To get rid of that I have to completely close the app and open it back up. Also sometimes when you go to list a new item it just goes completely blank so I have to exit out of the newly created item and re open it just for it to load for me to add photos and fix things. Also it crashes often if you try to rearrange the order of the photos and when you upload the photos they often upload out of order so you have to switch them around almost every time. I personally haven’t had any issues with any other tabs it’s mostly just listing items, but it’s really frustrating when you have over 300 items to list and you have to close out the app after every item because it keeps messing up. If these issues were fixed, it’d be perfect honestly because I really do love this platform. Also I can’t use the website version because I don’t have a laptop or computer so I’m stuck with mobile until I can get one.
Me and my girlfriend use it for her art to sell stickers and prints. We used to heavily rely on the app and knowing what’s done by pressing the shipped button at the top right of every order but, now, with a recent update, the button disappeared and we have no idea how to say something is shipped besides for going to their website and doing it that way. It’s an inconvenience and wish they would add the button back to the app rather than having to go to the website but it is good other wise. Maybe if I had another complaint, they need to work on their customization of their store front some more. Add more options. It feels like everyone’s store is a copy paste of each other but with different colors and positions of items. Other than that, it’s great for statistics. No other complaints.

I love this app and website host so much. I’ve had it for quite a while and for the most part, it’s great. However, there’s an issue that while it isn’t as bad as the constant crashing I used to have (which did get fixed, thank you), but it’s mildly annoying. With the most recent update, now when I update a listing and hit publish, the little blue box pops up saying “changed saved” or something like that. Now, that blue box won’t go away on its own. I have to manually swipe up for it to go away. Doesn’t seem like a big deal, but when I’m editing dozens of listings a day, or adding new ones, it does get increasingly more annoying the more I have to clear it out so I can see everything. In the past, I’ve been told to use the desktop browser for managing my shop. This is not a solution for me as I don’t have access to a desktop computer nor a laptop, or even a way to transfer the photos to another device to upload without the photos becoming terribly pixelated in the transfer process. Please, please fix the mobile app!
The customer service itself is absolutely amazing I’m so thankful everyone I’ve come across has been beyond helpful HOWEVERRRR this app itself can be very frustrating I’ve had my site for almost three years now after swapping from wix & honestly I’d give it a 5 star review if it didn’t always exit & close out the moment I try rearranging products I find myself constantly logging back in over & over every time I’m on it & it closes out after 5-10mins of working & everyyyy time I open it it says error & logs me back out
