Big Finish Audiobook Player

Whenever I purchase an audio, I can never download it to the app. It always downloads it to my phone, never straight to my app. And the app isn’t clear and nor is the Big Finish website. I’m autistic and it’s confusing and I don’t know how to ever download items. A lot of my items cancel downloading or crash. Both the website and app need to better organised, or at least get people who know how to talk you through what to do. Been there with customer service who aren’t helpful either. It’s so annoying.

After a month plus hiatus, this is back to working properly. The Big Finish make the best audio dramas- not jut Doctor Who- and now we can listen to them all on the go again. Huzzah!

Can’t use my password to sign into the new app. Able to use password on browser but not on app; when I click the link to reset my password, it gives Error 404. Therefore cannot access any of my Big Finish library, on which I’ve spent hundreds. Thanks team.

Was an Excellent app …. Was told to re download this version but now I can’t even upload any of my purchases

This is too expensive and the stories are bad

I keep getting a message that says “This device does not support purchases.” What does that even mean? Don’t make an account because there’s no way to delete it, an all together terrible experience.

The Big Finish app is pretty cool for Doctor Who fans. You can find lots of stories with the Doctor and friends, old and new. It's a nice way to pass the time if you're into that sort of thing. Give it a try if it sounds like your cup of tea.

Great app for listening but am I missing something I wish I could purchase through the app. Not a Biggie but a little confusing

Brilliant app shame you can’t buy

It’s a good app which effortlessly links up with the big finish website. Great for my doctor who audiobooks. Can’t seem to delete audiobooks once I’ve downloaded them which is frustrating as I try to keep the memory down and only want my favourites on my app at all times. Also seems crazy to me that there’s no store on the app yet. A dark mode would be nice at night but it’s not essential.
