Big O Taxis.

Taxi arrived before time. Could see it on the App. Driver tried to reached out multiple times to confirm the location, my phone was on silence, so I couldn’t hear. Very pleasant drive, great start to the holidays. Will use it again.

Book a trip and there is zero information on whether there is a driver, called, on the way, where they are, nothing. How do they expect people to sit and twiddle their thumbs just blondly hoping that the taxi will show up?

Previous app was so simple, new app is terrible, can’t track taxis, have to input CSV & approve in bank app every single time, prebooked taxi got dropped today, no more emailed receipts, I’ll be uninstalling and using a different service from now on.

I booked a cab over the phone with this crowd. It was 25 minutes late before I cancelled it. When I phoned to cancel I pointed out that their app had stated I would be waiting 13 minutes for a pick up. The operator told me straight out “that’s a lie. There is no way we can guarantee that” Don’t waste your phone storage by downloading this app.

Was working perfectly until I upgraded to iOS 9. Before that was absolutely fine & I found it to be a good app & user friendly. Unfortunately since iOS 9 it has completely stopped working. The app opens, but you are unable to click any of the tabs, to enter your location or your destination. So currently it is completely useless. I tried removing the app & re-installing it, but still no difference. I've informed some of the Big O drivers so they could relay the message back. Unfortunately, after more than a couple of months, it's still not fixed.

Just does not work with the six plus. Fine with the 5
