Big Sky Resort

Been trying to use it for a year. Spent thousands on a pass but can’t login… ever! Always errors out on some firebase error. Support… useless! Best answer I got was to hard reset my device!

The app is fine if you’re casual but compares nothing to Slopes. I have a constant notification that I can’t seem to get to dismiss and the app doesn’t follow normal iOS guidelines so it’s hard to determine what is causing it. There’s a “notification” section but everything is read. Overall the app is sort of useless for what it is. Feels lazy and for a resort this expensive sort of unacceptable.

One thing I wish they would add to the app and website is more live cams. The app has a couple cams but 3 of them are just showing the lone mountain. This is fine if you are just trying to check the conditions but there are no cams facing any of the lifts. A live cam would be perfect on the main mountain village where I should be facing the ramcharger and swift current lifts so you could see how long the lines are. There are many other opportunities to put helpful cams around the mountain like at the many other lifts and Madison base.

Ever since the upgrade 3 weeks ago, the app has not worked correctly. The resort tab is blank. The only thing it shows me are cross country skiing stats and info.

Has all the info I’d be looking for at the main web page, and it’s designed nicely, nothing to complain about with this app!

Since the update for this season the home page of the app has been a blank black page. I am unable to view webcams or snow reports.

We love this resort! Plenty of great runs for everyone. Nice long green runs that don’t make you push across a cat walk. So exciting to see that they are interested in growing and adding great new chair lifts. Only one hour from the airport. Seems this resort really focuses on ski/snowboarding, not bougie shopping. Love love love it!

Love the mountain but the lift tickets are too much. I now ski and get out of there ASAP. Much cheaper in Big Ski. To bad you can’t figure that out.
