You have to open and close the app multiple times before you can login. and this is EVERY TIME you want to use the app! 😂

Just like the title says, app is basically useless, Shopify has a perfect app for iPhone and iPad, you guys should copy it. In fact if you copy the crm layout in the dashboard while your at it then you will almost have the best offering in the marketplace. Latest update as of September says this apps now in Polish. Now the Polish reviews will be able to describe how bad the login is and how the functions are lackluster. Seriously, fix the issues before you add more languages otherwise your just giving more of the world a platform to complain.

This app is poorly build just like the web version. It’s so annoying, why do I need to login every time?

This app is fine except it needs authenticating. if you are within reach of you email, all good. If your out on the road you can’t access the system. Brainless move by big c. There are many other ways to authenticate, all of them better than email. Basically I this app has no functionality for me because I can’t access it when I need it.

Love that this app makes its easy for me to check orders on the go. Makes such a difference to a busy e commerce owner

No real info that you can access really, the orders page has proved useful if wanting to know quickly who ordered what specific item but apart from that everything else sends you to the web.... why do I need an app to be sent the the web?? I can do that myself. Come on B/C this is the app is the only place you are lacking it looks good now make it work good too, with stuff we need. Looking forwards to the improvement. 😉
