My app literally will not scan at the restaurant so I’ve spent like $70 that I didn’t get points on and I can’t get anyone to contact me

Best burgers on Oahu!!!!
Nice app but the change was frustrating
Lost all of my points from ordering with the previous Teddys app. Asked a cashier months ago for help getting my points back/transferred to this new app. Left my email and number. Nothing ever happened. So disappointed.
What about Maui?
Locations doesn’t list Maui locations.
App will not download
App will not download. Not functioning. 0 star. Old app worked perfectly. Terrible
New app is a mess
The new app switched my lifetime points and current points so I literally can not reach any new rewards. My account shows a negative amount of points.

How come it doesn’t support Apple Pay?
New website - lost all my credits
List all my previous purchase history and credits. Big bummer
App does not record Rewards
Scanners in stores do not work & no staff member can ever figure it out. Transaction history does not work. Have spent hundreds of dollars with this company and no rewards to show for it.
